We offer various sizes from 5×5 to 10×20 for climate-controlled units and 5×10 to 10×20 for non-climate drive up units. A complete list of unit sizes and availability can be found on our website.
5×5 will hold the contents of a small closet with bins and boxes, 5×10 will hold the contents of a walk-in closet, 10×10 will hold the contents of 2 full bedrooms, a 10×15 will hold the contents of 3 full bedrooms, and a 10×20 will hold the contents of a multi-bedroom house or a single car.
We do not allow boxed or bagged consumable items, lithium batteries or combustible materials to be stored in the units.

Indoor storage is located inside the building and is climate controlled, while outside storage is not climate controlled, but can be accessed by driving up to the unit door.

After the 1st missed day the tenant is locked out of the gate, after 5 days they are overlocked on their unit and receive a 10% late fee, a second late fee is assessed after 15 days, after the 25th day the tenant is put in pre-lien status with an additional $20 fee. After 31 days the tenant is put into auction status and is charged a $25 lock cutting fee as well as a $35 auction fee. The auction process will begin and the unit will be sold to the highest bidder. Any remaining debt will be sent to collections.
We currently have 15 cameras on site and gate access, with a personal pin number to the storage units.

We require a cylinder lock on our units, if you have one in your possession, you may use that, or you may purchase one in the office.
The only people with access to your unit is you, and anyone you want to give a key and the gate code to.
If you lose your key then the lock will have to be drilled at a cost of $25, then you will need to purchase a new key. If you forget your gate code you must come to the office and show your ID in order to get the code.

Yes, if your personal insurance does not cover storage units then we require you to purchase the insurance we provide. All vehicles must have proof of insurance.

Storage bins and boxes are preferred. Loose items may break or get misplaced.
In the climate controlled units it may not be necessary to cover the furniture with protective wrap, but in the drive-up units it may be beneficial to wrap the items in moisture proof material.
We do not offer outdoor parking spaces at our facility, but we do offer 10×20 drive up units that will accommodate some cars, trucks and other recreational vehicles, all vehicles must have proof of insurance and registration/title.
Yes, we have monthly pest control for the perimeter of the buildings and we have baits inside the building. The climate-controlled units are air conditioned.
